Agreement
These terms apply to the Sinova website and apps, operated by FERHAT CANBERK DÖĞER. By creating an account or using Sinova, you accept them. If you don't, please don't use Sinova.
Your account
You must be at least 13 years old. Give accurate information, keep your password to yourself and tell us at [email protected] if you think someone else can access your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
Using Sinova
Sinova is free for personal, non-commercial use. Please don't misuse it: no attempts to break or overload the service, no scraping or automated access, no harassing other users, and no sharing content through Sinova that you have no right to share. Sinova does not offer or link to downloads or illegal streams.
What you add
Your library, ratings and anything else you add stay yours. You give us the permission we need to store and show them as the features describe, for example in public average ratings or to your friends. You can delete them, or your whole account, at any time.
Movie and series information
Titles, images and descriptions come from TMDB, episode air dates from TVmaze and, where shown, streaming availability from JustWatch. This information may be incomplete or wrong and belongs to its owners. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB.
Changes to the service
We may add, change or remove features, and the service may sometimes be unavailable. Some features may later need in-app purchases; we always show the price before you pay.
Liability
Sinova is provided as it is, without warranties. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect damage or for losses caused by information from third parties. Nothing in these terms limits the rights you have as a consumer by law.
Ending
You can stop using Sinova and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that seriously or repeatedly break these terms.
Applicable law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Consumers also keep the mandatory protections of the country where they live.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms, we update the date above and tell you about significant changes in advance. If you keep using Sinova after that, the new terms apply.
